To send an invoice using JPY, the currency on the client card must be set to Japanese yen (JPY).
Notes:
Invoices using JPY can't use cents as JPY doesn't use cents
It is not possible to add a surcharge for Stripe fees to invoices using JPY. Click this LINK to learn how to add a surcharge for Stripe fees.
How to set the currency in the client card
Select an existing client or create a new client record by navigating to the Clients section.
Complete the fields and select the currency for that client's invoices.
Click Save client
