You can integrate your Stripe account with your Rounded account so clients can pay invoices with their credit card.

To set up your Rounded account for Stripe

  1. Navigate to the Payments option by clicking Settings on the menu on the left, then Payments under the Business settings menu.

  2. Click the Connect Stripe button.

If you have an existing Stripe account, sign in and authorise the Stripe app to integrate with Rounded.

If you don't have an existing Stripe account, please fill out the form and authorise the Stripe app to integrate with Rounded.

NOTE: Stripe may require additional information about you or your business before allowing you to accept credit card payments with Stripe.

It will be routed back to Rounded once complete. You will see that Stripe has been successfully connected to Rounded.

You are now ready to accept payments from clients via a credit card when you switch on the option on your invoice templates and existing draft invoices.

NOTES:

  • While Rounded does not charge a fee to connect or use the credit card payment option, Stripe will charge a fee per transaction.

  • The Stripe fee will be deducted from the payment, and Rounded will automatically create an expense record once the invoice is paid, ensuring the figures balance correctly.

  • Currently, it is not possible to automatically pass a Stripe fee onto a client. However, click HERE to learn how to add a surcharge.

  • Click HERE for more information about Stripe's Terms and Conditions

Remember to download the Rounded mobile app!
