Create a new invoice from the Dashboard, Invoicing page, or a client profile.
If you start the invoice by clicking the options from the Dashboard or by going to Invoicing → All Invoices, you will need to select a client for the invoice.
Fill in the invoice details and update the payment terms, invoice number, and PO number.
Enter the items to be included in the invoice. You can rearrange line items by hovering over the item you want to move, clicking the handle at the start of the line, and dragging it up or down.
Attached a file when needed.
Click Ready to Send.
Select the client's email address in the email field if it is the first time sending an email to them. If it is not, update the email address as needed.
Click Send invoice.
