You can keep track of time spent on a particular project in the time tracking section. There are 3 ways you can create a time entry:
a. Tracking time automatically using the timer
b. Tracking time manually - to learn more about adding time manually (without using
the timer), tap HERE
c. Duplicating existing time entry - to learn more about duplicating an existing time
entry, tap HERE
Note: We recommend setting up a project (for a client) to track time against, before
you start using the Time Tracking feature.

Tracking time automatically using the timer
1) Open the mobile app and log in
2) Tap Timer
3) Tap Add details...
4) Fill in the details
- What are you working on
- Select project
Note: Depending on what client/project you select, the rate/hour is updated.
By default, the time is treated as billable. If you do not need to bill the client,
click Billable to change time to non billable.
5) Tap Start to activate the timer
The timer is activated and displayed below the timer icon.
6) Tap Stop to stop the timer
The time tracking stops and the tracked time is displayed under Today. Tracked times are grouped under the same project and description
Note: You can also restart a tracked time when you swipe the time to the left and tap
You can also set a time entry as non billable by:
1) Swiping to the left of the item you want to mark as non-billable
2) Tap More
3) Tap Non billable
