How to manually add time spent on a project on the mobile app

Manually add time to a project.

Note: We recommend setting up a project (for a client) to track time against, before the Time Tracking feature is used.

Manually adding time

1) Open the mobile app and log in

2) Tap Timer

3) Tap the blue plus sign

4) Fill in the details

  • What did you work on?

  • Hours

  • Minutes

  • Date

  • Select project

Note: The Hourly rate will depend on what client/project is selected.

By default, the time is treated as billable. If the time entry will be used only to track time, tap the switch beside Billable to change time to non billable.

5. Tap Save

The time is displayed under its corresponding date. Tracked times are grouped under the same project and description.

Another way to set a time entry as non billable:

In the Timer section

1) Swipe left the time entry to be set as non billable

2) Tap More

3) Tap Non billable
