The Dashboard

It displays the following information:

Income and expenses

The income and expenses data are displayed in a chart. It displays income or expense data (or both) for the current or previous financial year.

versus the past 12 months

Incoming money

This table shows incoming money. This is the data on all invoices yet to be marked as paid grouped by:

  • All outstanding invoices

  • Overdue invoices

  • Draft invoices

  • Unbilled time

  • Total incoming

The financial year

This section shows

  • Gross Income, excluding GST

  • total Expenses, excluding GST

  • Taxable Income

  • Estimated tax amount, based on ATO's individual tax rates

  • Medical Levy
    The Medicare levy is 2% of your taxable income. You may get a reduction (1%) or exemption (0%) from paying the Medicare levy, depending on your and your spouse's income and circumstances. Click on the column to change the % of your Medicare levy if it's not the usual 2%.

    The Medicare Levy is set at 2% by default.

  • Estimated tax payable

Choose between data for this financial year or the last financial year. The tax payable amount is an estimate based on ATO's individual tax rates.

Set monthly and annual goals here based either on

Income (exclusive of GST)

OR

Profit

​​Income

The Income chart focuses on the most productive areas of your business. You can filter either by "Clients" to show your most valuable clients or by "Categories" to show the income category that generates the most income or by "Categories" to show the income category that generates the most income.

You can also use the date filter to change the date range for the information shown.

It shows the top five clients or categories. Others are the consolidated total of the rest of the clients or categories.

Expenses

This section details and compares your main business expenses. You can filter either by "Vendor" or by "Categories".

It shows the top five suppliers or categories. Others are the consolidated total of the rest of the suppliers or categories.

Invoices

This section shows a list of the most recent invoices and their status. Clicking on the invoice will route you to the invoice itself.

Bank accounts and forecast

The module below will also display on the dashboard if you have connected a bank account to Rounded (available on the pro plan only).

Use the quick access button to

  • Send an Invoice

  • Log an Expense

  • Log a New income

  • Send a New quote

  • Start timer

  • Add a New client
