How to send invoices using your Gmail/Workspace email

Prerequisite

Make sure your Gmail or custom email address used for Gmail is already set up and verified in both Gmail and your workspace.

Setup Steps

  1. Go to SettingsEmail settings.

  2. Next to “Via Gmail or Workspace,” click Connect Gmail.

  3. Log in to your Gmail account.

  4. Click Allow to grant access.

  5. The Gmail name is set automatically,


    but you can change it to a preferred alias.

NOTES:

  • This setup must be done on a desktop or laptop.

  • The “BCC myself” option isn’t available, but sent emails are saved in your Gmail Sent folder.
