How to use a Gmail address to send quotes/invoices

  1. Go to Email settings by navigating to Settings > Email settings

  2. Under Send via your Gmail or G Suite account, click Connect Gmail

  3. Log in to your Gmail account

  4. Click Allow

  5. The default Gmail account and name are the ones set

And you can choose to edit this to the alias you prefer to use

NOTES:

  • This can only be set up using a desktop/laptop for now.

  • The option "BCC myself" will not be available as an option if a Gmail account is set up to send quotes and invoices. But a copy of the email will appear in your Gmail account's "Sent" folder.

Remember to download the Rounded mobile app!
