There are two ways to change payment terms on the app:
Via the invoice template/s
As part of the process of sending an invoice
Edit the footer template in the Invoice template
NOTE: Editing the footer template in the Invoice template will change ALL future invoices created from the template.
1) Navigate to the Invoice templates page by clicking Invoicing, then Invoice templates
2) Add or edit the text inside the footer to update it.
Any changes on the invoice templates are auto-saved and will appear on future invoices.
Edit the footer template from the invoice
NOTE: Editing the footer template from an invoice will affect that invoice only.
1) Open the relevant invoice
2) Update the footer
3) Click Save
