You can update your credit card on a mobile device, but it has to be done in a mobile browser (not inside the app). This is because we don’t use Apple or Google payment gateways, so subscriptions and billing can’t be managed in-app.
Go to app.rounded.com.au on your mobile browser and log in.
Tap your profile photo.
Tap Subscription and billing.
Under Subscription Summary → Update card.
Enter your new card details, then tap Update card.
