Updating credit card information [Mobile]

Update your card on a mobile browser

You can update your credit card on a mobile device, but it has to be done in a mobile browser (not inside the app). This is because we don’t use Apple or Google payment gateways, so subscriptions and billing can’t be managed in-app.

  1. Go to app.rounded.com.au on your mobile browser and log in.

  2. Tap your profile photo.

  3. Tap Subscription and billing.

  4. Under Subscription SummaryUpdate card.

  5. Enter your new card details, then tap Update card.
