Change to an annual plan from a monthly plan and vice versa
Upgrade to a Pro plan from a Starter plan and vice versa at any time.
To change from a monthly plan to an annual plan
1. Access your Rounded account by going to app.rounded.com.au using a mobile browser
And enter your username and password
2. Once you’re logged in, tap the profile photo
3. Tap Subscription and billing
4. Tap the Yearly button
5. Tap Subscribe now
Note: Anything left on the original plan is automatically credited to the new plan, so it all balances out.
To change from an annual plan to a monthly plan
It's also possible to change from the annual plan to a monthly plan at any time.
1. Access your Rounded account by going to app.rounded.com.au using a mobile browser
And enter your username and password
2. Once you’re logged in, tap the profile photo
3. Tap Subscription and billing
4. Tap the Monthly button
5. Tap Subscribe now
Note: Any remaining credit on the original plan will remain on your Stripe account and be credited towards future Rounded subscription payments.
To change the plan - from the Starter plan to the Pro plan
1. Access your Rounded account by going to app.rounded.com.au using a mobile browser
And enter your username and password
2. Once you’re logged in, tap the profile photo
3. Tap Subscription and billing
4. Tap the Subscribe now button under the Pro section
Note: Any remaining credit on the original plan will remain on your Stripe account and will be credited towards future Rounded subscription payments.
To change the plan - from the Pro plan to the Starter plan
1. Access your Rounded account by going to app.rounded.com.au using a mobile browser
And enter your username and password
2. Once you’re logged in, tap the profile photo
3. Tap Subscription and billing
4. Tap the link Remove Pro features in use…
Click Disable features
5. Tap the Subscribe now button under the Starter
Note: When changing plans (monthly to annual and vice versa or from Pro to Starter and vice versa), any remaining credit will remain on your Stripe account and will be credited towards future Rounded subscription payments.
