You can’t cancel your Rounded subscription inside the mobile app. You’ll need to do it through your mobile web browser.
Open your mobile browser and go to https://app.rounded.com.au.
Sign in to your account.
Tap your profile photo.
Tap Subscription and billing.
Scroll to Subscription Summary.
Tap Cancel subscription.
NOTES:
Account Access: If you cancel before your next billing date, you will keep access to your account until that date.
Data Request: You can request your account data and any attachments from the Rounded team via in-app chat or email at hello@rounded.io.
