1) Open the mobile app and log in

2) Tap More

3) Tap Quotes

4) The Quotes section displays all quotes grouped by status: draft quotes, pending quotes, and accepted quotes.

5) There are two ways to archive a quote

In the quotes section, swipe left on the quote to be archived, then tap Reject

or Archive for Accepted quotes

Or open the quote to be archived, then tap the Options icon

then Mark rejected and archive or Archive

1) To switch from Active quotes to Archived quotes, tap the folder at the upper right corner of the screen

2) Tap Archived quotes

3) There are two ways to activate an archived quote

In the archived quotes section, tap and slide to the left the quote to be activated, then tap Activate

Or open the archived quote to be activated, then tap the Options icon

then Activate and unarchive or Unarchive
