Quotes can be converted into draft invoices ensuring all client details and line item information in the quote is copied over to the draft invoice.
To convert quotes to invoices, the quote must either be:
accepted online by the client OR
marked as accepted
To convert a quote accepted online by the client to an invoice
1) Tap More
2) Tap Quotes
3) Tap the accepted quote to be converted to an invoice
4) Tap Convert to invoice
To mark a quote as accepted then convert it to an invoice.
In the Quotes section
Tap the sent quote to be converted to an invoice
2) Tap the Options icon
3) Tap Mark as accepted
4) Tap Convert to invoice
