You can control when Rounded support can access your account to help troubleshoot an issue.
Steps to provide access to support
Tap the profile icon at the top of the dashboard. You can also go to Settings and tap Your Rounded account.
Tap Support access.
Use the Rounded support account access switch to turn access on or off.
How it works
It's off by default. When it's off, no one on the Rounded support team can sign in to your account.
When it's on, a member of the Rounded support team can sign in to your account to look into the issue you've raised with us.
Each support session lasts at most one hour. After that, our team would need your permission to sign in again.
You can see when support is signed in. Support sessions show in Your devices with a Rounded support label, and you can sign them out from there at any time.
Signing out the support session ends that session. However if the support access switch remains toggled on the support team will be able to sign back in. Toggling the support access switch off ends an active support session instantly. The Support team will not be able to log back into your account until access is re-granted
This switch only controls access for the Rounded support team. It doesn't affect your accountant's access, and your accountant can't change it. To manage your accountant's access, see Share your Rounded data with your accountant.
