How to view and sign out your devices in Rounded [Mobile]

Subtitle: See where you're signed in and sign out of any device remotely on the mobile app

Written by Michelle

The Your devices section shows every device that is currently signed in to your Rounded account. You can use it to check for sign-ins you don't recognise, and to sign out of a device you're no longer using, such as a lost phone or a shared computer.

What you'll see

Each device on the list shows:

  • The browser and operating system, for example Chrome 130 · macOS

  • The location of the sign-in (country, or IP address if the country isn't available)

  • When the device was last active

Steps:

  1. Tap the profile icon at the top of the dashboard. You can also go to Settings and tap Your Rounded account.

  2. Tap Your devices.

  3. Tap Sign out beside the device you want signed out, or Sign out all others to sign out all the devices except the one you’re currently logged into.

Those devices, or that device, are signed out straight away. Anyone using them will need to sign in again to get back into your account.

Accountant sessions

If you've shared your Rounded data with your accountant, any time they open your account it shows in Your devices with a Your accountant label.

  • An accountant session ends automatically after one hour, or sooner if your accountant signs out of Rounded.

  • You can tap Sign out on an accountant session to end it immediately. This only ends that visit. While your accountant is still connected to your account, they can open it again.

  • To stop your accountant's access completely, remove them from your account rather than signing out their session.

NOTE: If you see a device you don't recognise, sign it out, change your password and get in touch with Rounded support.
