Rounded has different quantity types that you can use on your invoices and quotes.Rounded provides a range of flexible quantity types that can be utilised when creating invoices and quotes. These options allow for precise and customised billing, catering to various business needs and service models.
How to set up the quantity types
NOTE: All newly created invoices and quotes will have the quantity types set up in the Settings section
Navigate to the Quantity Types section by clicking Settings in the menu on the left, then under Business settings, click Quantity types.
Choose the quantity types you need to use on your invoices and quotes from the following:
Click on the types you need to use.
And delete the ones that you will not use.
You can also access the quantity settings on any draft quote or invoice by clicking Options, then Manage quantity types.
To reset the quantity types on the invoice and quote templates, as well as the existing draft invoice, you can remove the old line item, allowing a new line item with the latest choices to appear.
