The Bank Feeds feature lets you link bank or credit card accounts to your Rounded account so you can view all your transactions in one place. You can use the Bank Feeds section to add and manage these accounts.
Additionally, this feature supports both initial setup and reconnection scenarios, ensuring seamless integration of your financial data.
NOTE: Rounded provides the bank feed feature by connecting to Open Banking which is part of the Consumer Data Right Laws. Open banking is a government initiative administered by the ACCC. Click HERE to see the banks and financial institutions that participate.
To connect an account for the first time
Go to Bank Feeds (left menu).
Enter your phone number and ABN.
Choose how much transaction history to include. The default is 12 months, or you can set a custom date.
Click Connect to Open Banking.
Review the data access details, and click Allow to give consent.
Pick your bank and it will continue in your bank’s environment.
Enter your login details there only.
Please note that this part of the process takes place within your chosen bank's environment, so you are only providing your login details to your bank. At no time will Rounded or Fiskil require you to provide your login information.
Example of possible next steps
Enter your email address.
Click Get code.
An email will be sent to the email address used in the first step.
Enter the code on the next page.
Click Continue.
Select the account(s) to be connected to your Rounded account and click Continue.
Review and confirm the data you are sharing, then click Confirm and share.
NOTES:
It can take up to 10 minutes for transactions to appear. Stay on the Bank Feeds page during this time.
Transactions update once your bank marks them as completed.
If you encounter technical issues, such as the date picker not functioning correctly, try refreshing the page or waiting a moment before attempting again.
Ensure your bank supports Open Banking and that you are using the correct credentials.
Reconnecting Bank Feeds and Avoiding Duplicate Transactions
If you're reconnecting your bank feed, ensure you set a custom start date that begins after the last transaction date currently present in your existing bank feed. This prevents previously imported transactions from being pulled in again. For further assistance, consult Rounded's support resources or contact customer support.
