How to delete a bank connection
Go to Bank feeds (left menu).
Click on the bank account you want to delete.
Click Options to remove bank → Delete bank connection.
What happens when I delete my bank feeds connection?
Your records stay: Any income and expenses added via bank feeds will remain in the Income and Expenses sections. Your reports and dashboard won’t change.
Some data is removed: Transactions and any tags (like categories or invoice links) from the bank feed will be permanently deleted.
Reconnecting won’t fully restore data: You may get recent transactions back (up to ~12 months), but tags won’t be returned, and transactions previously reconciled won’t be re-reconciled. Older data may be lost.
