How do I refresh my bank feeds?

Refresh the bank feeds feature to update the bank transactions

Written by Michelle

[!IMPORTANT] The manual refresh link is not available for accounts connected via Open Banking. Open Banking connections are managed through a different protocol that relies on automated data sharing rather than manual triggers.

The Bank Feeds feature enables you to connect bank account(s) or credit card(s) to your Rounded account so you can see all your transactions in one place.

Bank feeds automatically refresh overnight (once every 24 hours) except for accounts with multi-factor authentication* enabled.

How to manually refresh

  1. Ensure you are logged out of your internet banking.

  2. Close your internet banking browser tab.

  3. Click the "Refresh" link in the bank section of your Rounded account.

  4. Wait a few minutes for the process to complete.

Troubleshooting Errors

Update failed: Click "Retry" or wait a few minutes before trying again.

Re-submit your credentials: Click "Enter again" and manually type your username and password (do not copy/paste).

Additional info requested: If you have multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA) enabled, click "Enter here" when prompted to input your token or key.

*Multi-factor authentication is also known as MFA or 2FA
