You can update your credit card information using a mobile device. As we don't use the Apple or Google payment gateway to collect payments, their rules state we can't mention pricing or manage subscriptions in any way inside the app so it has to be done via a mobile browser.
You may find this easier to do via the desktop app.
1. Access your Rounded account by logging in via a mobile browser
NB If this is the first time you’re logging in to Rounded via a mobile browser, you will need to enter your username and password.
2. Copy and paste this link https://app.rounded.com.au/v1/user-settings/subscription into your browser that you use to log in to your Rounded account
NB Best to bookmark the link for future reference
3. Under Subscription Summary, tap Update card
4. Enter the new credit card information
5. Tap Update card
