How to update your subscription [Mobile]

A simple guide to changing your Rounded plan on a mobile browser

You can change your subscription plan or billing frequency at any time.

  1. Log in to your account at app.rounded.com.au using a mobile browser.

  2. Tap your profile photo.

  3. Tap Subscription and billing.

  4. Select the plan or billing cycle you would like to switch to:

    1. Change Your Billing Cycle from Monthly (no lock-in) to Annual

      • Click the Yearly button.

      • Click Subscribe now.

    2. Change Your Billing Cycle from Annual to Monthly

      • Click the Monthly button.

      • Click Subscribe now.

    3. Change Your Plan (Starter to Pro)

      • Under the Pro section, click Subscribe now.

    4. Change Your Plan (Pro to Starter)

      • Click the link Remove Pro features in use….

      • Click Disable features.

      • Click the Subscribe now button under the Starter section.

  5. Tap Subscribe now.

NOTE: When changing between plans (Starter/Pro) or billing cycles (monthly/annual), any remaining credit on your original plan is automatically applied to your new subscription.
