By default, Rounded invoices and quotes are set to GST (Exclusive), which adds GST at 10% to the rate entered. You can change this to GST Inclusive so the GST is already included as part of the amount.

You can set the GST-inclusive option in two ways:

- via the invoice or quote templates
- via a draft invoice or quote

Option 1: Set it on templates (applies to future invoices/quotes)

Go to Invoicing → Invoice templates or Quotes → Quote templates.

In the right-side menu, change GST (Exclusive) to GST (Inclusive).

1. Go to Invoicing → Invoice templates or Quotes → Quote templates. 
2. Open a template. 
3. In the right-side menu, change GST (Exclusive) to GST (Inclusive). 
4. Click Save.

NOTE: Template changes apply to all new invoices going forward.

Option 2: Set it on a draft (one-off change)

Create or open a draft: Go to Invoicing &gt; All invoices OR Quotes &gt; All quotes.

1. Create or open a draft: Go to Invoicing &gt; All invoices OR Quotes &gt; All quotes. 
2. In the right-side menu, change GST (Exclusive) to GST (Inclusive). 
3. Click Save.

NOTE: This change will only apply to the specific invoice or quote you are editing.
