Change to an annual plan from a monthly plan and vice versa
Upgrade to a Pro plan from Starter plan and vice versa
at anytime.
To change from a monthly plan to an annual plan
1. Access your Rounded account by logging in to app.rounded.com.au via a mobile browser
NB If this is the first time you’re logging in to Rounded via a mobile browser, you will need to enter your username and password.
2. Tap HERE to manage your account via mobile
3. Tap the Yearly button
4. Tap Subscribe now
Note: Anything left on the original plan is automatically credited to the new plan so it all balances out.
It's also possible to change from the annual plan to a monthly plan at any time.
To change from an annual plan to a monthly plan
1. Access your Rounded account via a mobile browser
2. Tap HERE to manage your account via mobile
3. Tap the Monthly button
4. Tap Subscribe now
Note: Any remaining credit on the original plan will remain on your Stripe account and will be credited towards future Rounded subscription payments.
To change the plan - from the Starter plan to the Pro plan
1. Access your Rounded account via a mobile browser
2. Tap HERE to manage your account via mobile
3. Tap the Subscribe now button under the Pro section
To change the plan - from the Pro plan to the Starter plan
1. Access your Rounded account via a mobile browser
2. Tap HERE to manage your account via mobile
3. Tap the link Disable GST and disconnect bank accounts the link Disable GST and disconnect bank accounts
4. Tap the Subscribe now button under the Starter
Note: When changing plans (monthly to annual and vice versa or from Pro to Starter and vice versa), any remaining credit will remain on your Stripe account and will be credited towards future Rounded subscription payments.
