The Bank Feeds feature lets you link bank or credit card accounts to your Rounded account so you can view all your transactions in one place. You can use the Bank Feeds section to add and manage these accounts.
Note: Open banking is a government initiative administered by the ACCC. You can view participating banks and financial institutions HERE.
To connect to a bank account (for the first time)
In the Rounded mobile app, tap Menu in the bottom-right corner.
Tap Bank feeds.
Enter
Phone number and ABN
Then, set the Transaction data history. The default is set to 12 months, but you can select Custom to choose a specific date.
Click Connect to Open Banking.
Read what data will be shared → tap Continue.
Pick your bank.
When you select your bank, you will be directed to your bank's website. Depending on your bank's system, you will need to enter your email, phone number, or Access ID.
Important: This step occurs entirely within your bank's system, meaning you only share your login details with your bank. Rounded or Fiskil will never ask for your login information.
This is an example of the possible steps that will happen next.
Enter your email address and click Get code.
A code will be sent via email to the address entered in the first step. Enter the code you received from your bank.
Click Continue.
Choose the account(s), then click Continue.
Review → Confirm and share.
Notes:
It can take up to 10 minutes for transactions to appear, and it’s best not to leave the Bank feeds page while they load.
Transactions will update when they are tagged as completed by the bank. If transactions do not update as expected, check your bank's Open Banking permissions and ensure they are enabled for the relevant accounts. Reconnect the bank feed if necessary.
