Rounded gives the option to display a name and a business name separately on invoices.
It's also possible to display only the business name on invoices/quotes
NOTE: Any changes will show on ALL future invoices and quotes. Changes are not retrospective so the name and business name on any existing quotes or invoices will remain unchanged.
To display only the business name on invoices
1) Open the mobile app and log in
2) Tap More
3) Tap Invoice templates
4) Tap on the template to be updated
5) Tap Logo and brand details
6) Enter the business name in the Business name field and make sure the Your name field is left blank
7) Tap Save
To display only the business name on quotes
1) On the Menu section, tap Quote templates
2) Tap on the template to be updated
3) Tap Logo and brand details
4) Enter the business name in the Business name field and make sure the Your name field is left blank
5) Tap Save
