It's easy to change or reset the password from within the Rounded mobile app.
To change password
1) Open the mobile app and log in
2) Tap the account photo on the Dashboard section
3) Tap Change your password
4) Enter the Old password then create a New Password, which should be at least 8 characters
5) Tap Save
To reset the password
Forgotten your password? It's also easy to reset the password on the mobile app.
1) Tap on the mobile app
When logged out of Rounded, this will go to the sign-in page
When logged in on the app, log out first by
Tap the account photo
Tap Sign out
2) On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot?
3) Enter the email address used to subscribe to Rounded then tap Recover password.
4) A confirmation that an email has been sent to reset your password will be displayed.
5) Open the email and click the link to reset the password.
6) You'll be routed to the Reset password page. Enter your new password and tap Change my password.
Once the password is changed successfully, you will be signed in automatically and routed to the Rounded Dashboard.
